In the industry 4.0 era, agricultural operations has to be run differently, utilizing advance technology such as sensors, devices, machines, robotics and information technology. This Smart and precision agriculture and bio-system will allow farms to be more profitable, efficient, safe, and environmentally friendly. After the success of the second AESAP in 2017, It is further expected that this event can be a routine (biennial) agenda, and the third AESAP will be held in October 2019.

As a forum for academicians, researchers, governmental institutions and other stakeholders in the field of agricultural engineering to share their research activities, particularly in relation to the bio-system engineering for sustainable agriculture
in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. This conference also provide opportunities for academicians and researchers to publish their original research findings on reputable international publications so that it may give a wider impact to the science and technology development.
